1.The intelligent dense rack can accurately detect the information of the number of people in the rack in the channels on both sides. When there are people in the rack, it will automatically determine and stop the manual and electric operation of people outside. When there is no one in the rack, it will automatically unlock. When there are people in the rack, the LCD screen has graphical information. The detection of personnel in the rack shall count accurately and reliably, and the user can count reliably by slow entry and fast step entry.

2.The longitudinal position in the rack is equipped with infrared radiation sensor. When the rack moves, the user can automatically stop the operation of the whole group after naturally blocking the infrared beam. When the frame is suspended, the infrared beam shall be closed.

3.Since no external sensor can provide 100% reliability, it is necessary to have a maintenance mechanism to ensure personal anti extrusion safety: users do not need to frequently adjust parameters, but can automatically get used to the frame load (no-load, full load and other arbitrary loads). Applying a relaxed force less than 20kg at any position in the frame movement direction can reliably stop the operation of the whole group.
